SHUTTLE SERVICE PROTOCOL
(In accordance of IATF, DTI-DOLE JMC 2020-04-A)
•Assigned driver must always wear face mask at all times even if driving.
• Assigned driver must wear face shield in addition to a face mask specially when he needs to assist passengers.
• To minimize direct contact, assigned drivers are discourage from opening/closing the door for the passengers.
• Assigned driver will remind the passengers to check and log their temperature before or upon boarding the vehicle (incoming and outgoing trips).
• Trip tickets / log sheets (for temperature), pen, thermal scanner and alcohol will be accessible to the passengers.
• Any passenger with 37.5°C will not be allowed to board the vehicle after the third (3rd) trial.
• Passengers must wear face mask and face shield while inside the vehicle.
• Eating are strictly prohibited inside the vehicles.
• Talking inside the vehicles or making phone calls are also highly discourage
• Maximum of six (6) passengers per van and subject to strict physical distancing (one seat apart).
• Plastic barriers are imperative in all vehicles.
• Proper disinfection are followed before and after use of the vehicles. Surface sanitation are also observed.
These includes door handle, seats, seat belts, headrest and handles.
